About Natural Progesterone Cream
I have just started using Natural Progesterone Cream - mid October. I know it is early days but feels optimistic that there is a choice to HRT. In order to address my early menopause symptoms - mood swings, hot flushes, low sexual desire and tiredness. I am still trying to work out what is the correct amount to use daily and with the use of the directions provided, I hope to get there soon. Look forward to positive outcomes.
I am selecting star rating 3, which I hope to improve as I see results.

Response: It is indeed early days for you. You need to stick with the recommended dose for the first cycle and then start to make any dosage changes when you know that 5mlis iseither working or insufficient. If the 5ml dose has cleared your symptoms you can start to reduce in month 2. If it hasn\'t cleared the symptoms then you can try adding a little more. The 5ml dose works for most but for those who wish to experiment a little it is always better to do it in the second cyle and go on from there.
