It should not be started on day 14, unless you have a 28 day cycle. How to use progesterone cream in peri-menopauseLearning how to use progesterone cream during peri-menopause is complicated by the facts that cycles become very erratic, bleeding can be very light to flooding, 2 weeks apart to 3 months apart, clots, spotting, sometimes pain.Peri-menopause is the time when progesterone is vital for well being. Levels start dropping from the age of thirty five, whereas oestrogen remains at normal levels until menopause, when they drop sharply.It’s the unbalanced ratio of the two that causes the symptoms.It’s best to ignore the cycle, as it is now too erratic, and use the cream every day. Supplemental progesterone used before ovulation will prevent this occurring and prevent endogenous progesterone from being made. However, as anovulation (failure to ovulate) is the norm during peri-menopause, causing progesterone levels to drop, you need not be concerned about using it every day without a break. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – A Note about dosage: I have added this note as we are all individuals with our own individual levels of hormones. The recommended dosage should only be taken as a starting point and everyone should take steps to achieve the dosage that is needed for you as an individual. I would also ask you to note that Natpro is intended to be used for at least 3 months and it can often take that amount of time to achieve the correct dosage for you personally and for symptoms to abate. If no benefit is realised after one month then read through the advice below again and put it into practice. You can always contact me for advice if you wish to. If at the end of the first month symptoms have not completely disappeared increase dosage by 50% and monitor symptoms. I have found the cream wonderful during my menopause, particularly having previously used HRT and had a benign lump, when I stopped HRT and used the cream instead, I felt so much better and no side effects like HRT. I think it may have helped my arthritis joints as well, but not sure about that

I have been totally impressed with your cream. I am about to finish my second tube (please send me an invoice so I can order another one).
I am 50 and have had the merena coil for about 8 years (first one for five years and second one for approx 3 years) which means that
I have not had a period for years (thankfully). Although this of course means that I am not sure where I am in the menopause situation.
The merena coil produces a low level of progesterone through the body. However due to fuzzy, adolescent, memory lapses I read up on
everything a few years ago and took estrogeon daily in tablet form. This was all very fine for a few years but over the last year I suffered
monthly with extreme tender breasts for days at a time, especially at night. This is when i researched the internet for an alternative and came to the conclusion that I was probably an inbalance between the level of progesterone and estrogeon. So I ordered your cream and immediately stopped the estrogeon (Premarin) pills.
Fantastic I felt better within a day or so. I used it as prescribed and guess what no sore breasts in over two months.
